TITLE: Is Zabaglione a fruit or vegetable?

Neither! Zabaglione is a simple yet scrumptious Italian custard that will be served with berries at the Vermont Italian Cultural Association's annual Italian dinner, which benefits its Scholarship and G rants program, on Sunday, November 5th, at 5:00 p.m. at the Eagles Club,1233 Shelburne Road in South Burlington. Dinner will also include Bagna Cauda, Antipasto Salad, Stuffed Porchetta, Chicken Breast Cacciatore with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes , Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and Vegetables , Penne Pasta with Formaggio Parmigiana , home-made Breads and coffee.
A selection of Italian wines and cocktails will be available for purchase. There will be music and a raffle.

The cost is $36 per person , a portion of which is a tax-deductible contribution . You do not have to be a member to attend – all are welcome! There is ample parking and the Eagles Club is accessible to all.
