Come hear Green Mountain Club (GMC) executive director Mike DeBonis speak about the impact of recreation within the Northern Forest over the last century. He will discuss the evolution of the GMC as well as the history of Long Trail, the oldest long-distance hiking trail in the United States spanning 272 miles across the state of Vermont. The trail runs along the spine of the Green Mountains starting on the Massachusetts border and ending here in Orleans County. All are welcome and the event is free!
