You’re invited to participate in Vermont Reads 2017 with the Brown Public Library

We will read Brown Girl Dreaming by Jacqueline Woodson and host a two-part discussion group.

Anyone is welcome to participate! This is a great opportunity for parents/grandparents to read an interesting book with a child (ages 9+). Plus, you get to keep a FREE book! (20 copies available)

Here's how it works:
• Stop by the library anytime to sign up and get a free copy of the book, Brown Girl Dreaming by Jacqueline Woodson.
• Read parts 1 and 2 of the book. Then come to the first book discussion in the library on
Tuesday, October 10th at 6:30pm.
• Finish reading the book and come to the second book discussion in the library on
Tuesday, November 7th at 6:30pm.
• Light refreshments will be served at both events.
