Jericho Planning Commission Meeting Sept 19

The Planning Commission next meets on Tuesday September 19 from 7:00-9:00 pm in the conference room of the Town Hall. All are welcome to attend. The following items are on the agenda:

The first item is public comment. This is an opportunity for the public to speak about any planning related issues either on the agenda or not on the agenda.

They will then approve Minutes of August 15, 2017

The Planning Commission will discuss draft language proposed by the Conservation Commission for the Zoning Regulations Natural Resources Overlay District. The Conservation Commission will be in attendance. The Planning Commission began discussing this material over a year ago and recently returned to dicuss this further. The discussion with the Conservation Commission will help guide the next steps forward.

They will then discuss potential projects for a Municipal Planning Grant application. The following their discussion, they will approve the grant project that is due on October 2.

The Planning Commission has been attending some of the Jericho Farmer's Markets. They will discuss their expericances and upcoming Market opportunities.
