Watercolorists – do you have a stack of paintings that you know you’ll never frame but don’t want to toss? Have you ever thought about creating collages in watercolor? If so, this is a highly creative and supportive two-session workshop that you won’t want to miss. It’s instructed by Lynn Cummings, who notes; “we will be working on 2 different projects, one each day of class. We will cover elements of design and ideas for success with your collages, then use pieces of the paintings YOU bring in to create a landscape. In the second class, we will work with various textured collage papers and you may choose to include other materials as well. Samples of watercolor collage originals will be on exhibit to help spark some ideas and questions from participants. Plenty of demos, Q & A and hands-on creating time!”
