A Victorian Tea will be held on Sunday,Sept.24th at 3pm at the Gilbert Hart Library.Tickets are$10.and seating is limited,so buy your tickets early to guarantee a seat.We will also be raffling off 2 Tea Baskets that day.Tickets are $1 each.This is an excellent opportunity to bring your daughter,grandchild,sister or best friend to enjoy an afternoon of visiting and tea sandwiches,crudités ,desserts and of course a cup of Tea.
This event is a memorial to Marlene Dawson,who spearheaded our first Tea on Sept.20,2015. Forty very happy people attended that event,and everyone went home with a vintage tea cup,saucer or plate generously donated by Marlene.She was our inspiration for that event.So,we want to honor her by calling this event the Marlene Dawson Victorian Tea.Call the library with any questions 446-2685
