September's Mini Retreat for Women
Sunday, Sept. 24th, from 10am - 1pm
at the Everything Space in Montpelier ( 64 Main street, 3rd floor)
The monthlymini retreats are a fine blend of activities that are drawn from various disciplines and art forms: Authentic Movement, Dance, Body Mind Centering, Visual Art – creating with our hands, Storytelling, Writing, Mindfulness, Meditation and Visualization techniques and multiple forms of sharing – you know, the kind of things that make life worth while living.
The monthly mini retreats are intended for all people that identify as women.
It is Sarah's vision to inspire a circle for women and together create a safe, beautiful, inspired & fun space for one and another.
Fee: Sliding scale $45 – $70
