The Wild Game Supper & Auction will be held on Saturday September 16th from 5pm to 6:30pm. The Auction will start at 7pm and will go to 9pm or earlier. This is our annual fundraiser at the Windsor Coon Club, 2126 Hunt Rd. in Windsor, VT. This is open to the public and tickets are $15. adults and $7. for children under 12 years.
The Menu: Wild turkey "Mexican Enchiladas" Moose-Venison-Bear Lasagna, Spicy BBQ Moose meat balls, Jamaican Jerk, a boneless venison neck roast grilled with fresh veggies, Smoked trout and Salmon, Game Stew & Corn chowder cooked by Chef Jim Theetge and Bob Burke. Iced tea or water or you may bring your own beverage. A variety of pies will be the dessert.
