Every Wednesday evening through the month of September, 5:30-6:30. Yoga For Hikers. $12/class.
This class is specifically geared toward people who like to hike and climb mountains. We will strength train our bodies to increase endurance & stability. We will also work on flexibility plus joint range of motion. Lori Flower guides with 17 years experience as a yoga instructor and avid hiker.
**A limited number of yoga mats will be available so participants are encouraged to bring their own.**
Rain or Shine. Classes may be held outside if weather allows.
