Singing bowls work on the cellular, mental na demotional and spiritual levels and have been used for centuries around the world.
There is ancient magic in the way Tibetan Singing Bowls work that cannot be quickly explained but needs to be expereinced to be known. many feel wonderful, expansive joy in which they wish to reamin.
2-2:30 pm QiGong (gentle stretching and meditation in movement)
2:30-3:30, Bowl bath. Expect gentl detox, relaxation, good night's sleep, pain relief, mental clarity....
3:30-4, Tea. You are invited to relax and socialize over tea.
Cost $35 per person
Please come at 1:45 to get situated. You may bring your own mat, Pillow, Blanket and water.
