All are invited to join us Tuesday 9/12/17 7-8pm for a peaceful guided group meditation followed by an introduction to Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful meditative breathing practice.
Location: Wellness Collective, 431 Pine Str., 3rd Fl. Burlington.
No prior meditation experience is required. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer not to sit on cushions on the floor. And for those who would like to learn the powerful home practice of Sudarshan Kriya, there will be a Happiness Program offered Oct 6-8 in Charlotte.
