This summer our community suffered a tremendous loss with the drowning death of Christian Kibabu. He would have been entering his senior year at BHS, was an outstanding student athlete and had dreams of attending college.
Members of the class of 2018 would like to honor Christian by offering a scholarship in his name to a fellow classmate. This event will help fund the scholarship. Please stop by the Mobil Short Stop North Avenue for a creemee and make a donation in his honor. Members of Christian's family, soccer teammates, Burlington Police Department and Attorney General T.J. Donovan are just a few of the special servers on hand for this special event.
