Crime Victims Forums

The Center for Crime Victim Services is hosting a series of listening forums around Vermont this fall to give victims and survivors of crime, including business owners and family members, a chance to speak out about their experiences in the criminal justice system. Local stakeholders and service providers will be on hand to listen and provide support. All events are free and open to the public. The first forum is the one closest to our area. It will take place at Burlington City Hall, Contois Auditorium, Wed. Sept. 13, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Vermonters can also participate by sending comments to victimfeedback@ccvs.vermont.gov.

-Rutland Regional Medical Center, CCVS/Leahy Conference Center, Tues. Sept. 19, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-Aldrich Public Library in Barre, Wed. Sept. 27, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-Hartford Town Municipal Building, Tues. Oct. 3, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-St. Albans Town Educational Center, Tues. Oct. 10, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-Bennington Free Library, Wed. Oct. 18, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-Community College of Vermont – Newport, Wed. Oct. 25, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
-Green Mountain Technical and Career Center, Hyde Park, Wed. Nov. 1, 6:00-8:00 p.m
