The Town of Randolph invites the public to an open house at the Randolph Town Hall, 7 Summer Street, on Friday, September 15th from 2 to 4 p.m., to recognize Melvin Adams for his years of service to the Town of Randolph as Town Manager. Light refreshments will be provided.
