Come check us out at our annual Open House, on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for 30-minute demonstrations on Family Tree Maker and RootsMagic vs. LegacyFamilyTree, tips and tricks for Ancestry.com and FindMyPast, as well as presentations on DNA Tests- which test to choose, which company and how to use the results.Volunteers will be on hand to give tours of our library, book, and microfilm rooms with their many resources. There will be many genealogy books for sale and free refreshments. This event is free. The Vermont Genealogy Library is located on Hegeman Ave, Fort Ethan Allen, Colchester, across from the State Police Building. Come check us out and bring a friend!
