Lunenburg’s annual “Grub on the Green”, a community wide potluck meal, will be held Saturday, September 16 on the Lunenburg Common (route 2 in center of town) noon – 2 p.m.. This is a free event. All welcome - residents of Lunenburg and neighboring communities, as well as visitors to the area, and those just passing through. As with any potluck meal, bring some food of your choice to share (main dish, side dish, or a combination) and maybe a lawn chair. Paper goods, drinks, desserts, and picnic tables will be provided. Comfort Country, with Tim Berry, Lee Baker, JoAnne Gilman, and Suzan Shute, will provide entertainment. The rain location will be Lunenburg Primary School behind the Common on Bobbin Mill Road. It will be a great event regardless of the weather!
