Oxbow Music Festival

The Oxbow Music Festival is this Sunday beginning at Noon and ending at 11:00 PM whether it rains or not. Please bring your umbrella and rain attire is suggested but not mandatory. Pop up tents are permitted (Nick and company will help to place pop up tents as to respect others line of site towards the stage. So, no you can't pop up a 10X10 right in the center of the field in front of the stage, but rather pulled back a bit, still with a good view but behind the blanket and chair section.) There is a great lineup of bands featuring the Marcus King Band out of Greenville, South Carolina and Vermont's very own Seth Yacovone leading his powerhouse trio. Marcus tweeted the following about his upcoming gig in Morrisville:

"There's rain in the forecast, but we're gonna keep the party going. See you Sunday night in Morrisville, VT."

They are two of the best guitarists in the land so come on down to Morrisville on September 3 to listen to these virtuoso guitarists along with the other fine musicians playing this day.

There will be food trucks, craft vendors as well as activities for the kids More information is available at http://oxbowmusicfestival.com. Re-entry is permitted so you can come and go all day. Don't miss this event next to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail in Morrisville, Vermont!

Parking: Next to the skate park at the Oxbow Park . There are additional spaces available at Morrisville Lumber, next to 10 Railroad St. and behind the post office in town. 12 and under are free!

Tickets are $20.00 at the gate.
