BARN RAISING!

The time has finally come to build our barn! We have received enough donations to buy all the materials and we can go ahead and build the barn that will become a home for many animals that are in desperate need!

We will have an old-fashioned barnraising the weekend of September 16/17th. Many hands make for light work and we hope that some of you will find the time to come and be part of this wonderful endeavor. The site is prepared and the posts are in the ground.

Nothing like an old fashioned pole barn!

We will have a bonfire on Saturday night and hopefully somebody will show up with a guitar to make some music. Community is vitally important and we are hoping that this place will be a place where people come together for the sake of animals as much as humans.

Please let us know if you're able to come and help either for a couple hours for the whole time.
Vegan food will be on hand to strengthen our aching bodies :-)
