Bard Owl is featured at the Manchester Farmers' Market TODAY, Thursday, August 31 from 3 to 6pm. An acoustic duo with T. Breeze Verdant and Annie Landenberger, Bard Owl delivers driving rhythms and sweet harmonies in an eclectic range of old tunes and new. Verdant plays guitar, works the stompbox drum, and sings. At age 3 he started singing Little Richard and Elvis interspersed with military tunes while laying in bed at night. He has since dropped the military sounds, allows others to sleep and always loves a good tune. Annie Landenberger has been singing in all genres since age 6 when she regaled her parents' dinner guests with a litany of Mitch Miller favorites. Together since December, their new sound has been heard in various venues regionally and beyond.
