Isle La Motte Bike, & Rock Tour

Meet at Fisk Farm 3849 West Shore Road, Isle la Motte.

Registration limited to 25 people
Participants will observe the wonderful fossil reefs of Isle La Motte and learn about the geological evolution of the area in terms of plate-tectonic theory, through the eyes of Tony Fowler, geologist and educator. The group will meet at Fisk farm and then move to the adjacent Fisk quarry. Following we will cycle, or you can drive, approximately 3.5 km to the Goodsell Ridge Preserve, for a tour of the preserved fossil reefs.
