For Intermediate to Advanced Yogis who would like to improve and explore a more challenging practice while maintaining safe alignment and flow.
This class will focus on moving mindfully and safely with more advanced poses, expanding our pranayama and meditation practice, strength training and core building. We will also explore and dive deeper into yoga philosophy, as we advance and develop our practice off the mat.
$15 drop in or $60 for the series
