I've been glad to see conversation opened up about this on the Front Porch Forum. It is an important conversation -- and it is also happening "live". The Milton Inclusion and Diversity Initiative is hosting a series of community dialogues - called The Race Talk. My wife and I attended a talk and were excited to be a part of honest conversation between community members who are seeking to gain understanding, foster empathy, and build community.
