Calling crafters and artists of all mediums!
This fall weekend should bring visitors to our area to see Vermont in all its beautiful fall glory and to shop for some
amazing locally made items! We hope with some advertising ,Main Street signage and social media networking the
Harvest Fair will continue to grow and be a huge success!
My name is Christa Valente, a fellow artist/crafter, parent of 2 Ludlow Elementary School students, BRHS Alumni
and long time Harvest Fair attendee and Ludlow resident. I will be organizing the crafter/artist booths again this year.
I am at your service and I hope to assist you in having a profitable and enjoyable day.
Booth Space Details:
● 8 x 8 space (inside) = $35
● 10 x10 space (outside) = $35
● Double spaces available
● Space priority given to previous attendees, spaces filled by committee after that
● Crafters must provide their own tables and chairs
● Items must be handmade- resale items are not allowed.

If you would like to donate an item for the PTG’s raffle please let me know… we will have a “teacup raffle” to
benefit the PTG and their activities with your donated items throughout the day... Thank You!
