The US Constitution defined and established our government and the basic rights of the American people. How much do you know about it and how does it work for us now, over two centuries later?

Join us at the Davies Memorial Library on Wednesday, September 6th at 6:30 as Dr. Alan Berlozheimer leads a discussion on the US Constitution, the history behind it and how it impacts us today. Copies of the document are available at the library or you can access it at www.constitutionus.com. All are welcome!

Alan Berolzheimer has directed the book publishing program of the Vermont Historical Society since 1998. He is also the project historian and assistant director of The Flow of History, a Teaching American History program providing professional development activities to Vermont teachers. Alan received a Ph.D. in 20th-century U.S. History from the University of Virginia in 1996.
