M.Y.N.T stands for Mind-Yoga-Nutrition Training and it is a one of a kind class that combines mindfulness, movement and digestive wellness.
This class is intended for individuals who wish to apply mindfulness to their relationship with food. It is also indicated for those with digestive conditions, special dietary needs, overeating, restrictive diets and stress eating issues.
Yoga and nutrition share roots deeply embedded in holistic wellness. Mindfulness as the main component of yoga practice, is a gateway to healthier more balance eating.
This class focuses on body awareness as it relates to enjoying the full experience of healthy eating. Through a gentle and healing approach, you can identify and release tension throughout the body and clear the mind to better make healthy food choices. Learn breathing techniques and poses that regulate and stimulate your digestive system.
All body types and fitness levels are welcome in this inclusive class. Drop in $15 per class. Sign up for all 8 classes for only $95.
