Celebrate the return to school with a family-friendly Blessing of the Backpacks service this Sunday at Vergennes Congregational Church, 9:30 a.m. All students (and teachers!) will be offered a special blessing in preparation for the new school year. Nursery care for ages birth-three, Sunday School for ages 4+, youth group starts September 10. Vergennes Congregational UCC is an open and affirming church that welcomes all, no matter who you are or where you are on life's journey.
