Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Green Mountain Film Festival with a FREE outdoor screening of Rob Reiner's 1987, cult classic, Princess Bride. Screened on the Vermont Statehouse Lawn in Montpelier at sundown (7:45PMish) on August 24th. Prepare for screaming eels, and free Chessters Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches (made possible through the generous support of Rhino Foods.) Partial funding for this event was provided by a grant from Montpelier Alive, and the Montpelier Downtown Improvement District.
