Natural Shoreline Erosion Control Workshop (Franklin)

Franklin Watershed Committee is hosting a workshop on Natural Shoreline Erosion Control this Wednesday at the FELCO Room at the Franklin Homestead from 4:00-5:30pm. FREE and open to the public. Space is limited, so please pre-register at franklinwatershed.org. For questions, please call Linda Patterson with LCSG at (802) 656-7668.
Participants will learn about:
• Protecting your shoreline from erosion
• Assessing your shoreline for risks and options
• Natural control methods: plants, buffers, etc.
• Vermont’s Shoreland Protection Act: overview
• Local Resources
