Greetings Neighbors!

I would first like to thank Alicia Finley, our Parks and Rec. wonder of Winooski, and Anne Elston for helping me get the word out about this past summer’s Nia in the Park classes. I really appreciate your support. I love moving and I love sharing movement with my community.

Week 7 is bring a friend or family member to class!

We will honor and celebrate our body, have a total blast in every class, condition our muscles, and train our nervous system to sense dynamic ease. Dynamic ease is a state where we are able to maintain relaxation and feel prepared and responsive to all that is around us. I will encourage you to safely explore your edge so that you can attain a deeper understanding of how your body moves. When we direct our love and attention to this process, we make room for our truest, highest self to shine through. Age and/or perceived limitations do not need to not keep you from becoming the sacred athlete you are meant to be. We will practice stepping-in to every experience fully present and dive deep into living consciously in our body.
