While we do no have any eclipse glasses we are having John St. Louis from the Vermont Astronomical Society here to talk about the eclipse and safe solar viewing! On Monday, August 21, 2017, the Moon will pass in front of the Sun, casting its shadow across all of North America. This will be the first total solar eclipse visible in the contiguous United States in 38 years. You won’t want to miss it.

Join us for some eclipse know-how from the Vermont Astronomical Society. Learn how eclipses work, safe viewing, and check out some of the VAS’ eclipse gadgets.
