Sunday is going to be a beautiful day at Big Falls! Join us in North Troy as we celebrate summer on the river at this unique Wild and Scenic location.

The Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers Wild & Scenic Committee will be hosting this free and fun event between 11am and 2pm. Enjoy music from the Missisquoi River Band, delicious food from Fire On The Mountain Wood Fired Pizza and Kingdom Creamery of Vermont, and games and activities - including a Tyrolean traverse - from Lynx Mountain Guides of Vermont. Get your face-painted and make a "stained-glass" river out of paper to take home. Enjoy walks and demonstrations about the aquatic insects that are in the river, the birds that make their home here, and the forest itself. Learn about the history of Big Falls, and play and swim in the pools below the falls. Take part in our zucchini regatta (materials to build your vessel provided on site)!
