The Junior League of Champlain Valley invites local women to an informational social on August 21 at 6:00 pm at the Burlington Skinny Pancake. The event will provide information about Junior League, its community projects, and becoming a member. I have been a member for several years, and it has been such a positive experience to volunteer in our community and make friends along the way.

The JLCV is a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International which has over 290 chapters in four countries, all sharing a common mission: to be committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
