Join us for our Annual Montpelier WALK AND RUN FOR CHILDREN!
WHEN? Saturday, August 19th Registration begins at 8:00, WALK/RUN is 10:00, awards and activities until 1:00
WHERE? Front lawn of Statehouse lawn in Montpelier under the big white tent!
WHAT? There is a 3 mile WALK, a 1 mile WALK and a 5K RUN in streets of Montpelier.
WHO? Everyone who cares about Vermont's children and families, helping to prevent child abuse one step at a time.
GUESTS? The amazing Spider-Man™ from Marvel Characters; come meet this superhero who and he will be available for photos. Other special visitors as well!
ACTIVITIES: T shirts for everyone! There will be face-painting, stroller & bike decorating, door prizes, lots of food/beverages, music LOTS OF FUN!

This is a fun, family event providing the opportunity to alert Vermonters to the need for a community commitment to preventing child abuse. Vermont has become a national model for child abuse prevention, but there is still much work to be done. Invite your friends & family for this important opportunity to help all Vermont children and teens!
