Come listen this Thursday, Aug 17th, to local storytellers tell their tales of Growing Up in Brookfield in the late 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Beginning at 7 pm, our storytellers include Steve Hill, John Sprague, Mary Waldo, Betty Phillips and Elinor Gray.

Kit Gage will add to the stories while trying his best to keep the peace throughout what promises to be a wonderful evening of reminiscing and telling tales. Feel free to bring your questions! This event is free and open to the public, and sponsored by Lake Sunapee Bank. Donations for the restoration and maintenance of The Old Town Hall will gladly be accepted.
