Please join Nils Shenholm for an exploration of the culture and therapeutic value of the Finnish Sauna.The Finnish Sweat bath is a two thousand year old tradition that provides many healthful benefits.  The one hour photo-based presentation will include time for discussion. Saturday , August 19, at 1 pm at the Warren Public Library. This Mad River Valley Wellness Alliance Tour event is free but space is limited.

Nils Shenholm is the  owner of Solhem Sauna LLC in Duxbury Vt. He started designing his first Sauna prototype in 1986, and fired up the completed Sauna in January 1990.In 1993, he became a displaying dealer for Helo Sauna , the oldest and largest Sauna manufacturer in the world based in Hanko Finland.A charter member of the North American Sauna Society, he served on the board of directors for a six year term, and continues today as an emeritus board member.

The event is free and open to the public.
