Newbury astronomer Brad Vietje will be at the Baldwin Library, 33 N. Main Street, Wells River on Sunday, August 20 at 3:00 pm to give us tips for watching the solar eclipse on Monday. Bring your questions! Brad has also supplied several sets of solar eclipse spectacles which conform to the Transmission Requirements of ISO 12312-2. We'll try these glasses out on Sunday, and they will then be available to borrow for the big event. Call the library at 802-757-2693 for details.
