It has been a few years, but the residents at 56 Howard Street (and their relatives who just sold a condo and have stuff to get rid of) have decided it is time for another round of "Not Your Average Yard Sale" yard sale. The date is slated for Saturday, August 19th and will run from 8am to 2pm.

If you have lived in the 5 Sisters long enough you know about our legendary sales...these are NOT your Grandma's sales (nothing against your Grandma and her stuff) - but the goal is to actually sell things you WANT and NEED...and that your kids won't tease you about if you bring it home.

We will have home goods, picture frames, clothing, lamps, adult toys (not the kind you find at Good Vibes), power tools, decorations, what nots, and doo dads - all in good shape and high quality. The music will be on and the vibe good. Also, we will be accepting cash, check or credit card...oh yeah. And as always, everything goes to 50% off at noon!

So mark your calendars, access your needs, and plan on joining us at 56 Howard Street on Saturday the 19th!
