Jericho Planning Commission Aug. 15

The Jericho Planning Commission meets next on Tuesday August 15 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Town Hall. The following items are on the agenda:

- Public Comment - this is the time for the PC to hear from the public on items on and not on the agenda.

- The PC will review their Priority Task List. The PC has been gathering comments over the last few month that they have added to their "to do list". This list also includes the tasks from the 2016 Town Plan. During the last several PC meetings the PC has discussed and sorted through the list which will provide direction to the PC in the upcoming months.

- The PC began a discussion on revising the Natural Resources Overlay District section of the Zoning Regulations last year and they are picking this up again.

- The PC is considering applying for a Municipal Planning Grant from the state. They will discuss possible planning projects that they could pursue with the grant.

- The PC has been working on adopting rules of procedure. They hope to adopt them at this meeting on Tuesday.
