Please join us at the Monkton Friend's Methodist Church to sing from The Sacred Harp.
We'll sit around a table and drink tea between singing songs from this book first published in 1844 and continuously in print since then.
Loaner books are available to sing from. Books are available to buy.
Parts will be taught.
The singing will start with a short tutorial on the shape note method for sight reading music in the book.
An optional donation helps pay the church for the use of their space generously offered with no fee.
