The oxen who helped bring the Grammar School home last year are coming back to help celebrate its Grand Opening on Old Stone House Day in Brownington on Sunday. Annual Meeting of the Orleans County Historical Society in the Grammar School at 9:30. Oxen Demonstrations on the Common 10 to 2, Lunch in the Grammar School and on the Museum Lawn. Old Stone House Museum open for free self guided tours 11 to 1. Local Historical Society displays, demonstrations of blacksmithing, rope making, basket making, lace making, spinning, rug hooking. Craft vendors, farmers market, children's activities. Pie Auction at 1 p.m. Vermont Fiddle Orchestra, with 17 musicians, will play from 2 to 4, with a contra-dance finale. Admission, $5 a carload.
