WATERBURY HISTORICAL SOCIETY

On Sunday, August 27 at 2pm the Waterbury Historical Society will
be hosting a special meeting. It will be held in the Steele community
room at the Municipal building 28 N,Main St, Waterbury
Carliton Young will present the program ."Author Chat about Voices from the Attic". He will tell about Civil War letters of two solders
who lived in Williamstown but also had several surprising connections
to Waterbury. Rediscovered after 150 years, their letters offer
fascinating insights of the civil war
His book is an adventure of historical research and discovery. He will
have his book for sale at the meeting.
The meeting is free and open to the public. Handicapped accessible.
