Join us to learn about how to make your own tinctures. Capture the power of the plants!
You can capture the nutrition and healing aspects of food and herbs by eating them or drinking them in a tea or applying them to your skin. Or you can make tinctures and deliver the plant's goodness using alcohol, glycerin, or vinegar. This workshop will teach you how to make tinctures, what tinctures work best for you and your loved ones, and how to get started identifying what specific tinctures can target the areas where your body (and your loved ones) need support. $30 for class and $5 materials fee so you can take home some samples. RSVP to Cathy Dodge at thrushsong60@gmail.com or 802-683-1785.
