PUBLIC NOTICE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY AUGUST 9, 2017 AT 6:30 P.M.
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the
Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. Applicant/landowner Terrence Jones requests a §264.1 Minimum Lot Size Waiver of 12.5% to allow for 3.5 acre parcel 16-030-7 at 57 Lawrence Rd in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone to be subdivided into two equally sized lots.
2. Applicants/landowners Stacy & Chris Esteban request §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval for a §460 Home Business use for dog daycare and boarding inside her home at 734 Stagecoach Rd, parcel 07-155-2, in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
3. Applicants/landowners Holly & Scott King request §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval for a §460 Home Business use for gunsmithing inside a 672 ft2 bay of the barn on parcel 07-198 at 987 Cadys Falls Rd in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
4. Applicant/landowner Joie Marshall requests §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval for a §460 Home Business use for a therapy office inside her home at 212 Summer St, parcel 23-130, in the §250 Medium Density Residential Zone.
5. Applicants/landowners Linda & McDonald Miller request §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval for an auto-body shop & office space (no car repairs) on parcel 07-321-2 within the existing workshop at 70 Cadys Falls Rd in the §215 Business Enterprise Zone.
