Banana Strudel
4 medium, soft bananas, sliced thin
1 medium apple, peeled and de-seeded, chopped
4 medjool dates, de-seeded, chopped
1 T pure water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add 1 tablespoon of water to a food processor (more or less depending on your preferred consistency). Add the chopped dates, apple and cinnamon and process together. Make the pie in layers: 1st banana slice, then apple date sauce, then banana, date sauce, etc. Top off with more cinnamon if desired.
