The spring 2017 legislative session in Vermont lacked both a rejection of the Trump agenda and a bold vision for the state we seek to build. As grassroots leaders, starting with RAD’s People’s Agenda Rally on January 4, we have seen and participated in many rallies and marches in opposition to toxic legislation and in support of legislation that would support us and our communities. But, it is time to take our work to the next level.

Looking toward the 2018 session, as well as next year's spring and fall elections, it is critical that we continue to build momentum over this summer and fall, organizing, training, and bringing people together to take action on issues in our local communities and to build leadership in our collective movement for progressive change.
