Kate Nugent, Winooski Coalition, will speak to us about what to look for as far as drugs are concerned. What are those connections/cause and effects between us and our Neighborhood Watch? Q&A afterwards.
Major Patrick Benner, retired, So. Burlington Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, will have a couple of follow-up surprises for us.
As a special guest, Sonah Lee is writing a piece, which I have no doubt will be published, on neighborhood watch. Pls, be open to questions.
