Trollhaugen Farm will be hosting a crepe dinner on Friday, August 18th with live music by Bard Owl, a local acoustic music duo, with Annie Landenberger and Breeze Verdant.

Diners will enjoy a savory galette or two, and dessert crepes with fruit and ice cream. Coffee will be served.

We are also offering two crepe making workshops during Open Farm Week. Crepes are a versatile delicious food that can be mixed up and saved ready to be cooked. or even frozen to be taken out and used when in a pinch. Learn to make the batter and practice cooking them with guidance. Johanna has been making crepes professionally for four years now and will share her knowledge and tricks with you. Workshop is being offered Wednesday and Thursday, August 16 and 17 from 9-12. Email Johanna to register or for more info.
