-- An Afternoon of Ultimate Bliss. Restorative Yoga with Fletcher infused with hypnotic music by Heidi. (NO Experience necessary- brand new beginners welcome!)
Heidi will offer fluid vocal meditations accompanied by crystal bowl, Didgeridoo, bell tones (Tibetan bowl, tingshas, Indian brass bell) Not to be missed! Heidi Champney is a founding member of Yogi P and The Funky Shanti, Burlington’s premiere Kirtan band and leads sound infused workshops around Vt.

December 15th 3:30-5PM - HOOP YOGA with Pippa Dorfman
Pippa Dorfman, Yoga teacher and professional hoop dancer, created Hoop Yoga several years ago in order to unite the two worlds of hooping and Yoga. Hoop Yoga is hoop assisted Asana - That means doing yoga postures using the hoop as a prop, much the way you would a belt or a block. Pippa welcomes all levels of experience in her classes and brings an element of fun and creativity to the physical expression of Yoga, called asana. This class is meant for ALL AGES! Children and their parents (or guardians at the time) as well as college students, locals, artists, etc.! Bring your friends! The class is by donation. Pippa just asks that you take a look at her homemade hoops afterward. They will be available for purchase and make a great gift!
