We hope to complete the slate on the roof Saturday morning and THEN do a small test fire of the oven to warm and dry it! Depending on the weather. It won't probably be hot enough to bake with yet. That will be at a later time. This is just to satisfy some curiosity of functionality and stand back and look at the uncovered oven!
