Middlebury Community Wind Ensemble “Midd Winds” presents their December concert series. 7:00 pm on Friday, December 6th at Holley Hall in Bristol and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8th at the Mahaney Center for the Arts at Middlebury College (sponsored by the Middlebury College Department of Music). Concert includes a stunning setting of Morten Lauridsen’s motet O Magnum Mysterium, and classics from the wind ensemble literature including works by Percy Grainger, William Byrd and John Philip Sousa. Conducted by Alice Weston. Concerts are free.
